TapEase is an independent software publisher based in Mumbai, India, founded and operated by Shashikant Sharma. We build focused productivity and wellbeing applications for individuals.

2. Gmail Cleaner — Data Practices

Gmail Cleaner is a Windows desktop application that connects to your Gmail account via Google's official Gmail API to help you bulk delete emails. Here is exactly what the application does and does not do with your data:

What Gmail Cleaner accesses:

• Your Gmail messages — to search, count, move to Trash, and permanently delete emails matching your chosen filters
• Your Gmail profile — to display your email address and message count in the app

Why we need full Gmail access scope:

Gmail Cleaner requests the https://mail.google.com/ scope because permanently deleting emails from Gmail requires full mailbox access. Read-only or partial scopes do not permit deletion operations. This scope is used solely to perform the deletion actions you explicitly initiate.

What we never do:

• We never transmit your emails or email content to any server
• We never read, store, or log the content of your emails
• We never share your data with any third party
• We never use your data for advertising or analytics
• We never act on your Gmail without your explicit confirmation

Where data is stored:

• OAuth authentication tokens are stored locally on your device at AppData\Roaming\TapEase\GmailCleaner\tokens\
• Your account list is stored locally at AppData\Roaming\TapEase\GmailCleaner\accounts.json
• No data is ever sent to TapEase or any external server

You can revoke Gmail Cleaner's access at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing TapEase Gmail Cleaner.

3. Thank You App — Data Practices

The Thank You app is an Android application for expressing gratitude. It operates entirely offline.

• We collect no personal information
• We store no messages or gratitude entries on any server
• No account or login is required
• No analytics or tracking of any kind
• The app has no internet permission requirement

What you type stays on your device and between you and the universe.

4. Google API Services

Gmail Cleaner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the email deletion functionality described above, and for no other purpose.

5. Children's Privacy

TapEase products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
